Translation Coordinator

Rui Damasceno

Rui Damasceno is married to Ariel and has two children, Pedro and Zoe.  Rui works with the Tetelestai Project co-ordinating the translation and distribution of the series for use in Guinea Bissau, in West Africa. Rui’s passion is in preaching the Gospel and mobilizing others to engage in missionary work. Raquel Santos
Raquel is a Photografer and develop communication strategies to help spread the vision of reaching the unreached people. She is also, a solo mother of four kids (Aline, Talita, Tayrone and Daniel) recently adopted. She has a degree in Environmental Management and a master’s degree in UFRN, she also studied Theology in the Escola de Teologia do Espírito Santo. She is sent by the Igreja Presbiteriana Memorial de Natal/RN. She is a missionary in full time and all her keeping comes from partners that contribute so that she can serve whit her gifts and skills in Luz em Ação. Roseli Lopes
Roseli is a Graphic Designer, Videomaker and is a part of the Social Communication of Luz em Ação. Roseli has a degree in Graphic Designer and complete he theological studies in the Instituto Bíblico Peniel. Dedicate time to studie the gospel, was a important step so that she fulfill her calling of serving God reaching the unreached people. Lucas Araújo
Lucas works with the Management of  Tetelestai Project in Brazil. He studied Technology in the Instituto Bíblico Peniel he is sent by the church Batista of Macaíba. with his grate sympathy, Lucas also relate to people, church and missions, engaging and assisting in using the Tetelestai series. Rubem Lima
Rubem is a Grip and Gaffer in da Luz em Ação productions. He is a professional Pyrotechnic, responsible for producing visual effects of fire, explosions and gun shots. Júnior Baczinski
Júnior works in the Administrative Management in Luz em Ação. He has a degree in Biomedicine and former owner of a lab in Santa Catarina. Jane Zanotelli
Jane works as the Coordinator and Legal Adviser for Luz em Ação. She is married to Júnior Baczinski and they have two kids (Sara and Filipe). They moved in 2020 from the state of Santa Catarina, were she worked as a lawyer, to Rio Grande do Norte. She has a missionary vision of serving, preaching the gospel and contributing to mission of reach the unreached people. Kenio Filgueira
Kenio heads up the IT department at Light in Action in Brazil. He is also the on-set DIT (Digital Imaging Technician). Kenio is passionate about creating tools to help spread the Gospel. 				                Cinematographer
The Craigs
J.C. is the team leader of our Brazilian office and responsible for overseeing the the narrative films Light in Action produces. On-set he works as cinematographer and also is our visual effects director. He spent most of his childhood in Africa and has a passion for seeing story transform lives. His wife Stef is responsible for special effects makeup and general art production. Arlen
Arlen is president of Light in Action (USA) and director of the Tetelestai Project. He and his wife Cynthia have a great love for Jesus Christ. They wrote the script and present the Tetelestai series. They live and serve together with their children in Rio Grande do Norte.
